Project two: Recording and capturing: 1.5 Collage and creases

Anidjah Fire Escape

This collage focuses on the shapes I observed on the ropes that form part of the fires escape chute. The shapes are cut from brown wrapping paper and cream card.

Here I used the feathered ends of the rope used to descend inside the chute as the basis for a more 3D collage, using the reverse of brown wrapping paper:
